Hardee’s to Open Third Outlet in Kenya this March

Renowned American burger chain Hardee’s is preparing to launch its third branch at the Two Rivers Mall next month. This comes hot on the heels of the launch of Hardee’s second outlet on Westlands Road.

General Manager, Hardee’s Kenya, Rohit Gambhir said that the Two Rivers outlet will target the large number of shoppers that visit the mall every day, the Westlands branch on the other hand will target employees of the industries within that vicinity.

Hardee’s first outlet was opened in 2016 at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The chain currently employs 60 workers at its three outlets in Kenya.
“Our expansion drive this year has been inspired greatly by the positive growth recorded by the firm over the time we have been in Kenya and the growing demand for our products and services.

Gambhir believes that the promise of quality and a refreshing product is what has propelled Hardee’s to achieving record growth. The company operates in 44 nations world-wide and runs in excess of 3800 restaurants.

The Hardee’s brand is owned by CKE Restaurant Holdings, who revealed that the decision to expand into Kenya was influenced by the strategic geographical position of the country and the projected rise in consumer spending on food and drink.
