JETOUR Tanzania has launched the JETOUR Club and introduced two new plug-in hybrid models—the G700 premium SUV and F700 high-performance pickup—as the brand continues to strengthen its presence in the Tanzanian automotive market.
The initiative aims to expand the brand’s offering beyond vehicle sales by creating opportunities for customers to participate in lifestyle and travel experiences.
The JETOUR Club is an exclusive community for vehicle owners, providing members with opportunities to participate in road trips, convoy drives, social events, outdoor adventures and other activities. Members will also have access to selected vehicle servicing packages, technical support, dedicated customer assistance and special offers from JETOUR Tanzania’s partners across hospitality, travel, dining, retail, fitness and lifestyle sectors.
According to JETOUR Tanzania, the club is intended to create a community where customers can drive, explore and experience new destinations together. The initiative is aligned with the company’s Travel+ philosophy, which encourages customers to use their vehicles for exploration and experiences beyond everyday transportation.
The launch also marked the introduction of the JETOUR G700, a full-size plug-in hybrid SUV powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine, dual electric motors and a dedicated hybrid transmission. The powertrain delivers up to 665 kW (904 PS) and 1,135 Nm of torque, enabling the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 4.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 180 km/h.
The G700 is equipped with a 34.13 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, offering a stated WLTC electric range of up to 100 kilometres and a combined driving range of up to 1,000 kilometres. Its 800V charging system supports fast charging of up to 170 kW.
Designed to handle challenging terrain, the G700 features dual-motor electric all-wheel drive, 230 mm of ground clearance and water-wading capability of approximately 900 mm. It also includes driving modes for snow, mud, sand and rock, along with hill-descent assistance and other off-road technologies.
The F700 brings the same plug-in hybrid technology to the pickup segment. It combines a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine with dual electric motors and a two-speed dedicated hybrid transmission, delivering up to 665 kW and 1,135 Nm of torque.
