In an attempt to meet Tanzania’s increasing demand for heavy-duty vehicles, CFAO Mobility has formally begun distributing Chinese trucks called Shacman in the Tanzanian market.
Shacman trucks’ arrival was welcomed by Dr. Suleiman Hassan Serera, deputy permanent secretary at the ministry of Industry and Trade, who also highlighted the trucks’ importance in bolstering Tanzania’s expanding mining, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.
“In Tanzania, the introduction of Shacman trucks improves our industrial and logistical sectors’ dependability, durability, and efficiency. The trucks arrive at the right time because of continuous mining developments, trade corridor improvements, and infrastructure projects,” Dr. Serera added.
He added that the collaboration would improve Tanzania-China commercial relations, create jobs, and ease technology transfer.
The official distributor, CFAO Mobility Tanzania, will grant access to a variety of Shacman models, such as the Dump Truck, H3000S 6×4 (340 HP), model SX3255MR384R, and the Tractor Horse, H30000S 6X4 (400 HP), model SX4255HU324R. The trucks are made to be cost-effective while meeting the demanding requirements of long-distance transportation, mining, and construction.
Mr. Ali Timimi, the CEO of CFAO Mobility Tanzania, emphasized the organization’s dedication to offering dependable transportation options to nearby companies.
“The foundation of economic expansion is the commercial transportation sector, which supports important industries including manufacturing, logistics, and construction. We at CFAO Mobility Tanzania are aware of the difficulties companies encounter in obtaining reasonably priced, fuel-efficient, and highly capable trucks. Shacman trucks are designed to endure harsh environments while maintaining minimal operating expenses. We make sure Tanzanian firms have access to dependable transportation options by providing excellent after-sales support,” Mr. Timimi stated.
With an extensive worldwide service network, Shacman has emerged as one of the top producers of heavy-duty trucks worldwide.
Mr. Wei Yang, a representative from Shacman China headquarters, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to the Tanzanian market.
“Shacman has long considered Tanzania to be a significant market, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch trucks and services to satisfy the nation’s expanding needs. In order to comprehend client needs and provide high-quality service, CFAO Mobility Tanzania will be crucial, Mr. Yang stated.
