Driven by a strong ambition, they continuously expanded their business and within ten years operated their first industrial olive press. Colavita manufactures and markets a range of extra-virgin, refined and flavored olive oils as well as a comprehensive assortment of balsamic vinegar, vegetable paté, vegetable preserved in oil and pasta.
